A sentence has finally been agreed upon concerning Lindsay Lohan’s car crash last June. While in court today, Lohan plead no contest to giving false information to the authorities as well as no contest to reckless driving but admitted to violating her probation. The original deal was a 90 day jail sentence but instead was changed to a locked rehab facility. The deal calls for Lohan to serve 90 days in the facility, where she will not be allowed to leave for any reason, 30 days of community labor, 18 months of psychotherapy, fines and restitution to victim. She was also ordered not to drive with any measure of alcohol in her system, drive only with valid insurance and license, not to use narcotics, stay away from any place or people where narcotics are used and make restitution to victim in this case. Lohan also agreed to have her person and property searched at any time by a probation or peace officer without a warrant. Lindsay must be booked by the Santa Monica Police Department within the next 7 days.

Lindsay Lohan Arrested Again!
Lindsay Lohan has once again landed herself in jail. The troubled actress was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly punching a woman at a New York City nightclub. According to an NYPD spokeswoman, the 26-year-old got into a fight with the woman at Club Avenue in downtown Manhattan and allegedly punched her in the face. Lohan was subsequently arrested at around 4 a.m. outside the club where she was charged with assault. Lohan has since been released from custody around 8 a.m. this morning. Authorities say they expect Lohan to be issued a desk-appearance ticket. This is just the latest in a string of legal troubles for Lohan who just last September was arrested for allegedly swiping a man with her car at another downtown Manhattan club. Lindsay is also still on probation from her necklace-jacking case. No word yet how this latest arrest will affect that status and whether it will land her back in jail.
Lindsay vs. Dina Lohan
There’s more drama in the life of Lindsay Lohan. News reports state that Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina allegedly got into a massive fight that ended with a 911 call in which Long Island, N.Y. police responded to a report of a disturbance at Dina’s home. A Nassau County Police spokesman stated “Police conducted an investigation and determined a verbal argument had occurred between Lindsay and her mom Dina. There’s no criminality and no arrests were made.” TMZ reported that the altercation started after both mom and daughter partied until 4 a.m. at Manhattan’s Electric Room nightclub at the Dream Hotel-the same hotel where Lindsay was accused last month of swiping a man with her car. In the car on the way back to Long Island, the two got into an argument that purportedly escalated into a physical confrontation when they got home. Reps for both Dina and Lindsay were unavailable for comment but an insider has spoken out stating; “Nobody was harmed and there was no physical confrontation, so I’m not sure where those reports are coming from. [Lindsay]’s still with [Dina] as she slept at the house. Cops were called to make this a media stunt.”
Lindsay Lohan Arrested!
Looks like it’s more legal troubles for LiLo. The troubled actress was arrested early this morning for leaving the scene of an accident after she reportedly swiped a bystander with her car while pulling into a New York City hot spot. According to a spokesman from NYPD, shortly before 1 a.m. the 26 year old and two friends arrived at the Dream Hotel in downtown Manhattan in a black Porsche SUV, which she was supposedly driving. As she pulled into the hotel, Lohan allegedly clipped a man in his 30s who was standing nearby and then continued to enter the hotel. The man suffered an injury to his leg and according to police was taken to nearby Bellevue Hospital. After receiving a 911 call alerting them to the incident, officers were dispatched to the hotel, where they waited outside for the actress. Lohan exited at 2:25 a.m. and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident. Lindsay did not resist arrest and was cooperative as she was handcuffed and taken in a police cruiser to a precinct in midtown Manhattan. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the incident and therefore Lohan was not given a sobriety test. She was released shortly after 4:30 a.m. and issued a desk appearance ticket. Lindsay is due to appear in court on October 23rd.
What’s Going On With Lindsay Lohan?
Lindsay’s been having a rough couple of weeks. Just this morning, the paramedics were called in to tend to Lindsay when she was believed to be unconscious in her hotel room. A member of the production staff on Liz & Dick was dispatched to the actress’s room this morning and was pounding on her hotel suite door for several minutes. After failing to receive a response from inside, the person grew concerned, leading them to call the paramedics. After paramedics arrived on the scene, Lindsay woke up and responded to questions about what had transpired. A member of Lohan’s rep spoke out stating “Lindsay has been working a grueling schedule for the last couple of days. Last night she worked from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep. Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydrated. She is on her way home now to rest and will be back on set later today.”

The Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California got off to a good start this past weekend with celebrities such as Rihanna, Katy Perry, Lauren Conrad, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Josh Hutcherson, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan in attendance. The music festival was also a good date night for several celebrity couples such as Fergie and Josh Duhamel, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder, Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler, and even the recently reunited Emma Roberts and Chord Overstreet.
