Jwoww Gets Engaged

Despite just a few weeks ago denying that engagment rumors were completely false, Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley is engaged to boyfriend Roger Mathews. The couple confirmed the engagement to InTouch revealing that Mathews popped the question during a recent skydiving trip.  And as for the ring, well according to Jenni; “It’s more than I ever expected.” InTouch has the first photo and describes it as being more than 5 carats and surrounded by 2.5 carats of pink and white diamonds. The engaged couple have received plenty of well wishes. MTV sent out a statement reading “We offer our best wishes and a huge congratulations to Jenni and Roger on the news of their engagement.” And of course JWoww’s castmates also tweeted their congrats. Snooki tweeted “CONGRATS on the engagement boo! Love you so much.” Pauly D wrote “Congrats!!!!! @RogerMathewsNJ @JENNIWOWW I Just Herd The News!!!! They Grow Up So Fast :)” while Sammi tweeted “Can’t be more happy for you both!!”

That's A Wrap For Jersey Shore

Today MTV officially announced that the upcoming sixth season of Jersey Shore will be the last. Even though the Jersey Shore cast is about as famous as reality stars can get the show has been on a steady ratings decline over the past couple of seasons. So in order to promote the final season MTV has planned several special promotions to hype up when the season premieres on Oct. 4. First up is a Jersey Shore marathon followed by a one-hour retrospective special titled “Gym, Tan, Look Back” on Sept. 6 before the Video Music Awards. Lastly, the cast will be part of the VMA’s preshow to talk about the final season. But not to worry you can still get your weekly dose of Snooki and JWoww since their spin-off has already been given the green-light for a second season.

Jersey Shore Costars Tweet Congrats to Snooki

Lorenzo Dominic LaValle has finally arrived and new mom Snooki’s Jersey Shore castmates all shared in on the excitement. Of course Snooki’s BFF JWoww was probably one of the first to offer her congratulations tweeting; “So proud of @snooki and @JLaValle! Lorenzo is the cutest baby I ever seen. Love him already.” Pauly D wrote; “I Love It This Time A Yearrr When Baby Lorenzo’s Here !!!!! Congrats @snooki And @JLaValle !!! #BabyBlowout” “I’m finally an uncle!!! Congrats @snooki and @JLaValle! Can’t wait to meet #babylorenzo!” Vinny posted. Sammi tweeted “Congrats @snooki !!!!! So happy for you,” while Ronnie wrote “Congratulations to @snooki !!! Luv ya baby sis! Remember breathe and push!!” And even The Situation who we all know has a roller coaster relationship with Snooks offered his congrats to the new parents. “Congrats to Nicole and jionni on their healthy baby boy! All the best! @snooki.”

Is Snooki Leaving Jersey Shore?

It was already confirmed awhile ago that Snooki would still appear for the 6th season but she will be absent at the shore house. This is because the plan right now is for Snooki to live at a place nearby. Even so, this is not set in stone because Snooki said herself that she wants to try out her old room first and see how that goes before making a decision on where to live. One thing she has already decided on is to stay clear of the “smoosh” room. Snooki explained, “I’m definitely taking this pregnancy seriously and with all the bacteria and everyone having sex in the smoosh room its just not where a pregnant person or a baby should be.” Seems like Snooki will be a better mom than we all think.
