Demi Lovato and Vanessa Hudgens Debut New Looks

Both Demi Lovato and Vanessa Hudgens have decided to follow in Katy Perry’s footsteps and dye their hair some unconventional colors. Demi Lovato decided to mimic Katy’s pink hair but instead of dying all of her hair she lightened the top and dyed the tips pink. But Demi’s 10 year old sister Madison De La Garza was more so the inspiration and she wanted the whole world to know, tweeting “For the record, @ddlovato copied my hair” to which Demi responded “I did it first… But, you know, blue 😉 #ilovemysister”. Vanessa Hudgens on the other hand also opted not to dye her whole head one color a la Katy Perry but instead opted for some purple tips among her black locks. So what do you think about these two ladies colorful additions to their hair?

Demi Lovato Joins X Factor

Yesterday, Demi Lovato signed on to be the fourth a final judge on the X Factor. She beat out other hopefuls such as Miley Cyrus and Avril Lavigne who were also being considered to fill the last judging spot. Lovato will be joined by fellow new judge/pop singer Britney Spears along with other judges Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid. A formal announcement about Spears and Lovato joining X Factor was made at the network’s upfront presentation in New York City where both pop singers made an appearance. Look for both Demi Lovato and Britney Spears when the X Factor returns for its second season in September.

Who’s Joining X-Factor?

Now that Britney Spears is officially signed on as one of the replacement judges for season two of show, who is going to fill the last vacant seat? Reports state that Simon Cowell is looking for another pop sensation to join the judges table. Maybe Miley Cyrus or Demi Lovato perhaps? Some rumors even claim Avril Lavigne to be in the running. No offer has been extended to any of these singers yet so we’ll just have to wait and see. Not only does another judging seat have to be filled but X-Factor is also looking for a new host since Steve Jones was fired along with Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger back in January.

Demi Lovato Attacked On Stage

Demi Lovato Signs Copies of Seventeen Magazine at Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles on January 4, 2012

After Demi decided to let some of her fans get a little closer to the stage during her concert in Paraguay things got a little out of hand. After gesturing for people in the wings to come closer, a bunch of screaming fans started to rush toward the stage. A few seconds later, a young woman ran up and hugged Lovato causing her security to come to the rescue and separate the woman from Demi. Unfortunately this wasn’t enough to stop a group of male fans from joining the woman. Lovato was able to get away and head off stage while order was restored. With Demi back on stage she began a new song and the show went on. Thank god she wasn’t hurt!
