The U.K can’t get enough of Christian and Anastasia. E.L. James’ Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy has outsold J.K. Rowling’s seven book Harry Potter series on Amazon U.K. More specifically the first novel in the literotica series has pulled ahead of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, outselling the last novel in the series by a factor of two to one. And over here in America Fifty Shades is having a similar reaction. The novels are topping Amazon’s U.S. bestseller chart in print and Kindle sales but has yet to break records in the same fashion it has across the pond.
