Amanda Bynes is finally facing the consequences of the several incidents she was involved in when behind the wheel of a car. On Tuesday, the 26 year old actress was charged with two misdemeanor counts of hit and run. The charges stem from her alleged hit and runs on April 10 and August 4 of this year.
