Scarlett Johansson has recently gotten engaged to her journalist boyfriend Romain Dauriac. People broke the news today with the mag stating that the proposal happened about a month ago with Dauriac presenting Johansson with a vintage Art Deco ring. Back in July, Scarlett’s rep denied the engagement rumors that were running rampant at the time with a statement saying Johansson was “not engaged or close to being engaged,” and that the diamond and ruby ring she was wearing was “simply a piece of jewelry.” This will be the second marriage for Johansson who was married to Ryan Reynolds for three years from 2008-2011. The newly engaged couple were out on the red carpet just yesterday where the two attended the premiere of Scarlett’s new film Under the Skin at the Venice Film Festival.
