A sentence has finally been agreed upon concerning Lindsay Lohan’s car crash last June. While in court today, Lohan plead no contest to giving false information to the authorities as well as no contest to reckless driving but admitted to violating her probation. The original deal was a 90 day jail sentence but instead was changed to a locked rehab facility. The deal calls for Lohan to serve 90 days in the facility, where she will not be allowed to leave for any reason, 30 days of community labor, 18 months of psychotherapy, fines and restitution to victim. She was also ordered not to drive with any measure of alcohol in her system, drive only with valid insurance and license, not to use narcotics, stay away from any place or people where narcotics are used and make restitution to victim in this case. Lohan also agreed to have her person and property searched at any time by a probation or peace officer without a warrant. Lindsay must be booked by the Santa Monica Police Department within the next 7 days.
