US Weekly got the exclusive photos of Penelope Disick who graces her first magazine cover along with big brother Mason and mommy Kourtney. “Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her,” the new mom gushed to the mag. Kourtney and Scott welcomed their second child, and first daughter exactly one month and one day ago in Los Angeles. Since then both women in the Kardashian-Disick household have kept an extremely low profile while dad Scott and big brother Mason have been spotted quite a few times around town.
